Epoxy

Epoxy — performance with a mirror finish.

Epoxy floors combine deep gloss with serious mechanical and chemical resistance. The right pick for showrooms that demand impact, retail spaces with heavy footfall, garages, workshops, gyms and any commercial floor where the surface has to look new five years from now.

We design and install five different epoxy systems — from self-levelling mirror-gloss to anti-slip industrial. A typical commercial floor of 200 m² is completed in 4–6 working days, with a written guarantee.

When epoxy is the right choice.

Epoxy resin is one of the toughest floor finishes you can install. Two-component thermoset chemistry produces a surface that is hard, dense, easy to clean, and remarkably resistant to oil, fuel, household chemicals and impact. That is why you see it under cars in workshops, in food-processing plants, in pharmaceutical labs and on retail floors that get walked over a thousand times a day.

For Costa del Sol commercial clients, the most common use cases are car showrooms, premium retail interiors, gyms, hospitality back-of-house, garages of high-end villas, and the occasional residential project where a bold, mirror-like floor is part of the design language.

High-gloss epoxy resin floor on the Costa del Sol — seamless mirror finish

Systems we install.

We design and install five epoxy systems, matched to how the floor will be used — from a factory-flat mirror-gloss showroom floor to a textured, anti-slip system for wet and high-traffic areas.

  • Self-levelling epoxy — 2–4 mm, factory-flat, mirror-gloss finish. The classic showroom floor.
  • Quartz-broadcast epoxy — decorative coloured quartz suspended in resin. Slip-resistant, hard-wearing.
  • Anti-slip epoxy — R10/R11 textured systems for kitchens, ramps and wet areas.
  • Industrial epoxy — heavy-traffic warehouses, workshops and food production.
  • Decorative epoxy — metallic, marble-look and pigment-blended designs for retail and statement spaces.

What to expect on a real project.

Every epoxy job lives or dies on substrate preparation. We mechanically grind or shot-blast the concrete to open the surface, repair cracks and joints, and apply a vapour-permeable primer. The resin layers go on next, with full curing time between coats. A typical commercial floor of 200 m² takes us 4–6 working days.

We always agree the colour and finish with you in writing before mixing, and we provide a written guarantee on completion.
