Why we only do resin and microcement.
Most flooring contractors install everything — tile, wood, vinyl, the occasional resin job. We took the opposite bet: focus on one family of materials and learn them deeply. The result is the kind of craftsmanship that's hard to spot until you walk on it.
Resin and microcement floors are deceptively complex. The visible surface is just the last 1–2 mm. Underneath sit substrate preparation, primer choice, mesh reinforcement, level coat, base coat, two design coats and two sealer coats — each one a chance to get something slightly wrong. We've spent the last several years getting it consistently right.
Who we work with.
Roughly half our clients are international owners of Costa del Sol properties — Scandinavian, British, German, Dutch — who want a single point of contact who speaks their language and understands the standards they expect. The other half are Spanish: architects, interior designers, restaurant owners, and homeowners who've outgrown the limits of porcelain tile.
We speak English and Danish, and we're equally comfortable working through an architect or directly with an owner.
